International Financial Licenses
The International Financial Services Commission(Licensing) Regulations 2007 provide for the Director-General of the Commission to approve licenses to enable any person or legal entity to provide, carry on, transact, or hold himself or itself out as providing, carrying on, or transacting any of the above services in or from within Belize.

Who can Apply?
Any company or corporate entity that has management with the requisite knowledge and expertise of the business to be carried on and has at least one director resident in Belize.
Application Process
Every application for a license under these Regulations shall be routed through an attorney-at-law or a licensed international financial services practitioner resident in Belize, who shall conduct a proper “Due Diligence” on the application before forwarding it to the Director General of the Commission. Orion Corporate & Trust Services Ltd. is a licensed international financial services practitioner. A copy of the Application form and Biographical affidavit are attached.

How Orion can Help
Orion can assist applicants in processing and submitting their applications for any of the above licenses. Orion will conduct due diligence on the applicant and liaise with the International Financial Services Commission on the applicant’s behalf. Orion can also provide a local resident director as required by the regulations. For these services Orion will charge US$5000.00 per application and US$1000 per annum as director’s fees.
